The Daler-Rowney Aquafine AF55 Short Flat 1 2 Watercolour Brush is a brush that is made with thick and thin filaments, tapered to a point, and different lengths to create an imitation of natural sable hair. This special construction allows Daler-Rowney synthetic brushes to outperform all other synthetic brushes in point and stroke, and guarantee that the brushes will not split. The brush is also flat, offering good color control.
Aquafine uses Daler-Rowney's unique formulation of thick and thin
filaments, tapered to a point, as well as different lengths to become a

retention and longer life than natural sable hair.
A flat brush offering good colour control. Apply it flat on the paper
for thick lines. Use the corners for touching in details, or edge on
for thin lines.
