Description
This is a three-piece pasta mould that is designed for making ravioli or pasta cases. It has a bottom that can be used to cut the pastry, and then the pastry can be placed into the mould. The edges of the mould can then be brushed with egg yolk, and then the ravioli or pasta case can be folded together and done.
Practical set for making fresh ravioli or pasta cases in three different sizes. Use the bottom of the mould to cut the pastry, place the cut pastry into the inside of the mould, and then fill it. Brush the edges with egg yolk, fold together, and done!
