Description
The Caisson VI-D4 concrete moisture meter is a non-destructive device that is specifically designed for measuring the moisture content of concrete, cement, and other building materials. The meter has 8 gold-plated studs and 2 sensor plates that measure to a depth of 40-50 mm. The meter also has a jack point and USB socket for data transfer.
Features: - VI-D4 ADVANCED
The Caisson VI-D4 concrete moisture meter offers non-destructive moisture testing in concrete, cement and other building materials. The meter provides a quick and accurate reading without the need to drill holes. This type of meter reads to a much deeper depth than traditional pin type moisture meters, which typically only read surface moisture.
Most advanced non-destructive moisture meter available, specifically for concrete and screeds.
Measures by means of 8 gold plated studs and 2 sensor plates.
Most advanced non-destructive moisture meter available, for a wide range of industries where moisture testing is required. Specifically designed for concrete, screeds and floors.
Measures by means of 8 gold plated studs and 2 sensor plates.
Measures moisture to a depth of 40-50 mm, and accurate to 0.5%.
German engineering with a 2 year warranty.
This model has a jack point and USB socket. This model has the advantage of combining multiple moisture meters into one; being able to test -
Air temperature and air humidity using the HPM Clima Sensor with IR surface temperature sensor.
Plaster, drywall, wood and soft materials using the PP-05 surface pin sensor probes.
Thick wooden structures, soft building materials, grains and seeds using the BE-03 wire insertions rod probes.
Concrete floors and structures by means of destructive testing method (drilling holes) using the wire insertions rod probes.
The eight programs cover -
Concrete (0-6% H2O)
Cement Screeds (0-6% H2O)
Cement Screeds (0-4% CM) - Carbide Method
Self-Levelling Screeds (0-3.5% H2O)
Self-Levelling Screeds (0-1.9% CM) - Carbide Method
Caisson Scale (0.3-15.3m)
Relative Scale (0-10%)
Gypsum (0-10%)
Uses:
For testing the moisture content of concrete, cement screeds, self-levelling screeds and other building materials.
Specific settings for concrete, cement screeds, self-levelling screeds and gypsum.
Essential for every flooring contractor laying epoxy, vinyl, wood, tiles, carpets, screeds and overlays.
