Intimina's Laselle 38G is a set of easy-to-use weights designed to strengthen the pelvic floor. These weights, similar to those used at the gym, provide safe resistance training for the pelvic floor muscles, resulting in increased strength and tone. Made of 100% medical grade silicone, the weights are inserted into the vagina and can be used by women who are already familiar with Kegel exercises. To use, simply select a comfortable weight combination, insert the weights into the vagina with a gentle push, and position them about 2 cm inside.

How to use
Select
Select an exerciser or exerciser combination that you find comfortable.
Insert
Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the exerciser(s) into the vagina with a firm but gentle push, using some water-based lubricant for added comfort.
Position
The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2 cm inside the vagina.
