The adjustable gym bench is one of the most important things that you must have in your gym. Universal usage is appreciated by both - big commercial fitness centers and home gyms. You can do a lot of exercises with dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells on this bench. The adjustable rests can be individually positioned as you wish.
Before we started to design our bench, we asked for an opinion to our profi powerlifters. The question was: How should it look like? And the answer was: stable, strong (high load capacity) with anti-skid rest just enough hard. It is hard to arch when the back-rest slips. A good non-skid back-rests adds 10-20 kg to benchpress. Also it should not be hard or soft but something between. It was the biggest problem, so we created a few benches for testing. And thanks to testing we have created our universal adjustable gym bench that satisfies all needs of all athletes.
