Description
This champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay. It has a delicate mousse and a pleasing minerality. It has superb structure and length on the palate.
Located in Mareuil-le-Port, north of Igny-Comblizy by the Marne River in Epernay. The vineyards have a rich chalky subsoil and benefit from both the oceanic rains and continental summers.
A delicate yet persistent mousse highlights soft floral notes on the nose with a hint of almonds and fresh hazelnuts.Superb structure and length on the palate introduce white fruits in perfect balance with a particularly pleasing minerality and undertones of brioche/yeastiness.
