Description
This champagne is made from 35% chardonnay, 35% pinot noir, and 30% pinot meunier. It is 750ml in size.
Located in Mareuil-le-Port, north of Igny-Comblizy by the Marne River in Epernay. The vineyards have a rich chalky subsoil and benefit from both the oceanic rains and continental summers.
Elegant yet lively with initial brioche on the nose leading to pear and apple notes, highlighted by a magnificent persistent mousse. An excellent example of a premium champagne.
