This is a triceps bar with diagonal grips, made from high-quality chrome. It is designed to fit all 31mm weight plates, and can hold a maximum weight of 200kg. The length of the weight area is 20cm, and the internal handle length is 45cm. There are two different grip positions, and the bar weight is 10kg. The spinlock star collars are included.
