This is a Ez Curl Bar with spinlock star collars. It is designed for use with 31mm weight plates and can handle a maximum weight of 180kg. The bar has a weight area of 20cm and a length of 80cm. The inside handle length is also 80cm. The bar weighs 8kg and has a diameter of 30mm.
Used for training all muscle groups in your arm.
