This is a vinyl tri-grip dumbbell set that comes with 4 x 1.25 kg weights, 8 x 2.5 kg weights, and 2 x chrome dumbbell bars. The weights are made out of a scratch and impact resistant plastic, and the handles are built in for safety. The weights are also compacted with cement for extra noise reduction. The set comes with 4 star locks to secure the weights to the bars.
