The Olympic Rubber-coated Tri-grip Weight Plate 25KG is a cast iron weight plate with three grip handles that is designed to be used with a standard barbell. The rubber coating on the weight plate prevents scuffs to the floor and makes the weight plate great for exercising at home or in the gym. The weight plate is also 51 mm in diameter which means it will fit all other Olympic-sized bars.
