The Macallan Harmony Collection Smooth Arabica is a whisky that is part of the 2nd release from The Macallan. The project is spearheaded by the distilleries efforts to focus on sustainability, with its packaging being 100% recyclable & biodegradable. Macallan Whisky Maker Steven Bremner worked with world renowned coffee experts to produce the perfect whisky to be paired with high quality coffee. The result has been aged in ex-Sherry European and American oak casks. The nose has ground coffee, hazelnuts, sweet raisin, dark cherry, toffee, vanilla, sweet oak. The palate has Americano, raisins, cherries, soft spices, walnut, vanilla & oak. The finish lingers coffee bean turning sweet and creamy. Alc: 40%. Bottle size: 700ml.
