Description
The P300 is a mid-tier PCIe gen 3x4 NVMe SSD from Patriot, offering 25% faster transfer speeds and IOPs than standard PCIe 3x2 solutions. It has a compact m.2 form factor for easy installation in any PC or laptop, and low power consumption for extended battery life. The advanced firmware includes ECC technology and end-to-end data path protection for data integrity, as well as wear-levelling and thermal management features for longer lifespan. It has a 256GB capacity and supports HMB technology and NANDXtend ECC technology. The power consumption is 2.07W when in use and 0.37W when idle. It has a TBW of 80TB and can achieve up to 290K IOPs for 4K aligned random reads and 260K IOPs for 4K aligned random writes.
