Description
The customer has contracted Juspropa to install a solar geyser 200L 20XTUBE kit high-pressure Kwikot fully installed. Included in the package is installation of the 200L Kwikot dual geyser, installation of the solar geyser on top of the roof, installation of the 200L evacuated tube collector, and plumbing work, linking with the old geyser where necessary. Excluded from the job are any modifications to the building without prior consent, relocation of the existing geyser, or installation of a timer switch or geyserwise kit. The estimated duration of the work is dependent on job logistics, and Juspropa will make every effort to complete the job within the timeframe, but no guarantee can be given.

Terms and conditions of service: If your requirements differ from the services offered here, we can create a personalized solution for you. Free site visit. A call-out fee of R350 will only apply if you decide not to proceed after consultation. 1. Scope of Work: The Juspropa team will provide all the necessary labor, materials and tools for the completion of the job and dedication to exceptional customer service. Payment Terms: The client will pay Juspropa directly for any additional work. It will be billed separately and must be paid by the client before or after the work. The Juspropa Team will not leave the site without Proof of Payment. 12-month warranty for workmanship. The client will be responsible for a) No modification will be done to the building without prior consent. b) The existing structural fittings will be used for the installation or project, if not will be discussed upfront. 2. Duration of Work: The estimated duration of the work depends on job logistics. The Juspropa team will make every effort to complete the job within the timeframe, but no guarantee can be given. Any delays caused by the client such as the late delivery of materials, and unforeseen circumstances will result in an extension of the completion date. 2. Health and Safety: Juspropa team will follow all health and safety regulations, and the client agrees to provide a safe and secure working environment for the Juspropa team. 3. Warranties and Liabilities: Juspropa warrants that its employees are skilled in this specific trade and will complete the work in a professional manner. Please note: drilling, cutting and digging is a destructive process, the Juspropa employee shall not be held liable for any invisible plumbing, electrical and or any other damages or losses. Your happiness is guaranteed. 4. Service Area: This is valid for areas within a 30km radius of the City center in Johannesburg and a 10km radius of the City Centre in Pretoria. Travel over and above a marked radius of City centers in Johannesburg and Pretoria will be charged R4.00 per additional km greater than the above-mentioned. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
