This is a description of the Luxens Universal Acrylic Paint White 1L. This paint is a high-quality water-based paint that is excellent for both interior and exterior surfaces. It has a durable, washable and U.V. resistant smooth Matt finish. Additionally, new metal surfaces must be primed with the appropriate primer, and previously painted emulsion (PVA/Acrylic) surfaces must be cleaned and sanded. Finally, previously painted enamel (Hi-gloss or Eggshell) surfaces must be sanded and sealed with a primer.
