It is a flat iron plate that provides a direct heat surface to cook on, making it ideal for steaks, skewers, sausages, vegetables, patties and more. The BBQ plate is compatible with the separately available Big Pig from Ozpig and is part of the half and half BBQ system which allows you to interchange the plates to customise your set up.
