Description
The 12 year old malt whisky from Knockdhu distillery is matured in a combination of first-fill and refill ex-bourbon casks. The whisky is bottled at 43%. The nose has aromas of honeysuckle, fresh flowers, cereals, barley, Madeira, winter spices, mocha, Cr*me de Cacao, and herbal hints. The palate is medium with good sweetness. The finish is medium length and has great interplay between oak and barley. The Alc is 46%.
