Description
Chamber Mate is a cleaning product used for sterilization in autoclaves. It is mixed with water and poured into the chamber before starting the working cycle. For certain types of autoclaves, the product must be mixed with water first, while for others it can be put directly into the chamber. After the sterilization cycle, any remaining water should be drained and the chamber and door should be wiped with a wet cloth. Additional bags of Chamber Mate can be used if there are still residues in the chamber. The recommended amount of Chamber Mate to be used depends on the size of the chamber. Basically CHAM-MATE is functioned in water.
ForClass-B vacuum functioned autoclaves,orautoclaves with independant steam generator,theCHAM-MATEmust be mixed with water, first. (1 bag mixed into 2.000 cc water), And then, pouring the mixedCHAM-MATEinto the chamber, and start working cycle.1.1 . ForClass-S no vacuum autoclaves (with auto-add water function), put theCHAM-MATEpowder into a chamber directly, and start the working cycle.
1.2. ForClass-N (manual add water function), put theCHAM-MATEpowder into the chamber Directly. and then, pouring water into the chamber , and start working cycle.PLEASE NOTE: Running one sterilization cycle, (without the dry function).
Drain off all the balance water from the chamber and water reservior.
Open the door, wipe the chamber and the door with a wet, non-lint clothPS.: Use one more bag of CHAM-MATE and recycle again as above procedures, if there are dregs in the chamber stillNOTE: "For chamber and piping system clean only".CHAM-MATE quantity to be used:Chamber size under 30 liter - 1 bag cham-mate
