Description
The VA-201 vial is a 20ML vial with a precision screw-thread and is sold in a box of 100. It is compatible with various instrument brands and can be confirmed using an autosampler compatibility chart. The vials are designed for use with Agilent's and other rotating or robotic arm samplers and are available in 8ml and 16.6X60mm sizes. They are made of high quality borosilicate glass and the caps are made of polyproylene with different styles available. The septa are made of high quality materials and can be pre-slit for easier needle penetration. These vials are best suited for single injections or short sample cycles, especially in LC applications, and have an absence of an elastomer layer to reduce contamination.
The vials are preferentially used on instruments of the following manufactures:Beckman, CTC, Gilson, Knauer,Shimadzu, Spark,Varian,VWR (Merck)/Hitachi, etc. (Please have a look at the autosampler compatibility chart to confirm the models.
