Description
The Cruiser Bench Checkweighing Scales are a durable and efficient piece of hardware designed for industrial use. The scales feature a large stainless steel pan for easy cleaning, colour-coded keys for quick recognition, and a sealed keypad to protect against dirt and spills. They also have an RS-232 interface for quick connection to computers and printers, and an optional USB interface for simplified data communication. The scales also have adjustable levelling feet and drip channels to optimize setup and divert spills away from internal components.
The software of the scales includes built-in memory for storing products and settings, external calibration for verification and adjustment with weights, and a high internal counting resolution for precise results. The scales also have a parts counting optimization feature that automatically refines piece weight as parts are added, and a preset tare function for repetitive weighing. They can also be programmed to count to a preset number of parts.
The display of the scales features a backlit LCD screen that shows weight, unit weight, and count in one convenient location. There are also three LCD screens that display weight, unit weight, and count separately.
