Jacquinot Harmonie Brut 2015 Vintage is a champagne created in 1976 by Pierre Jacquinot. It is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir and is aged for many years in chalk cellars at a cool temperature. This aging process results in a fine bubble structure. Upon opening, the champagne reveals delicate flavors of honey, brioche, mint, and vanilla. The palate is balanced and open, with hints of wood and wax. The bottle size is 750ml.
Champagne Jacquinot Harmonie Brut 2015 Vintage created in 1976 by Pierre Jacquinot, is the quintessence of our wines. This harmony of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. Itremains in the cellars at 12 C at 19 metres in chalk for many years, this extreme ageing does not diminish the cordon of fine bubbles.
After its delicate opening it develops subtle tertiary flavours of honey, brioche, mint and vanilla. The balanced and open palate reveals nuances of wood and wax.
