The oven floor is made of heavy duty refractory brick, allowing for quick heating and heat retention for a crispy pizza base. This oven can bake 1 large or 2 regular pizzas at a time and can also be used for homemade bread and oven dishes. It is also suitable for use at home with family and friends or for catering at small restaurants or lodges. The oven has a diameter of 880mm and a height of 600mm, with a weight of 75kg. It comes with a standard chimney, door opening of 400mm, and is available in grey. The Al Fresco Magnifique mobile stand has an outside diameter of 850mm and a height of 1000mm, with a weight of 30kg. The oven also comes with a door, stainless-steel chimney, and utensils.
