It features a heavy duty refractory brick floor for quick heating and heat retention, resulting in a crispy pizza base. This oven can bake 1 large or 2 regular pizzas at a time and can also be used for homemade bread and oven dishes. It is suitable for both personal use and small restaurant or lodge catering. The oven has an outside diameter of 880mm, inside diameter of 650mm, and a height of 600mm, weighing 75kg. It also comes with a standard chimney, door opening of 400mm, and utensils. Additionally, there is a mobile stand available for the oven, with an outside diameter of 850mm, depth of 880mm, height of 1000mm, and weight of 30kg.
