The Al Fresco Grande is a medium-sized, mobile wood-fire pizza oven that has been tried and tested. It can bake 2-3 pizzas at a time and has a heavy duty refractory brick oven floor that heats quickly and retains heat for a crispy pizza base. It has a large opening and interior cooking space, making it suitable for large families or home entertainers. The oven comes in a choice of five color finishes and includes a mobile stand, door, stainless steel chimney, utensils, and a quality thermometer.
