The Al Fresco Grande is a medium-sized, mobile wood-fire pizza oven that has been tried and tested. It can bake 2-3 pizzas at a time and has a heavy duty refractory brick floor that heats quickly and retains heat for a crispy pizza base. The oven has a large opening and interior cooking space, making it suitable for large families or home entertainers. It comes with a choice of color finishes and a mobile stand. The oven also includes a door, stainless-steel chimney, utensils, and a quality thermometer.
