Description
The Metal Fix Polymer Hybrid Sealant Adhesive is a strong construction adhesive that comes in a 290ml size and a pack of 6. It is suitable for bonding various metal materials such as aluminium, iron, lead, zinc, copper, and steel to each other and to common building materials like concrete, wood, brick, stone, and plastic. It has a high initial grab strength of over 150kg/m, eliminating the need for preliminary mechanical fixing. The adhesive contains aluminium particles, giving it a metallic finish. It is commonly used in the building and construction industry for sealing and bonding. It can also be used for elastic bonding of panels, profiles, and other pieces on substrates like wood, MDF, and chipboard. The adhesive is a hybrid polymer and has a fast curing time, remaining flexible after it sets. It is virtually odourless and can be painted over. To use, surfaces should be clean and free of dust and grease, and the adhesive should be applied in beads or dots and pressed firmly before allowing it to set. Instructions:
