Description
The Karu 12G Wood & Charcoal Fired Pizza Oven is a highly portable and powerful oven that allows you to cook authentic pizza using real wood and charcoal. It features an extra-thick cordierite baking stone, an integrated baffle control for adjusting airflow and temperature, and insulation and a flame keeper to retain heat and reduce recovery time between pizzas. The oven also has a multi-fuel feature, allowing you to switch between wood, charcoal, and gas for different cooking methods and flavors. However, the gas burner and pizza peel are not included and must be purchased separately. The box includes the main body of the oven, a glass door, burner tray and grate, baking stone, chimney, chimney cap, fuel hatch, draft defender plate, torx key, and a manual and first cook guide.
