Description
Umuthi Botanicals offers Coriander Sprouting Seeds in a 100G package. Coriander, also known as cilantro or Chinese parsley, is a popular herb used in various cuisines for its unique flavor. It is a good source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals like calcium, iron, and potassium. Coriander also contains antioxidants, dietary fiber, and phytonutrients that have potential anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties. Including coriander sprouts or microgreens in your diet can provide several health benefits, such as aiding in digestion, fighting against bacteria and fungi, supporting heart health, and regulating blood sugar levels. To sprout coriander seeds, they should be rinsed, soaked in water for 12-24 hours, and then drained and rinsed twice a day until they have sprouted. For growing coriander microgreens, the seeds should be sprinkled on a moist growing medium and kept in a warm and well-lit area. After 10-14 days, the microgreens can be harvested and consumed.
