It is a good kit for beginners and can be used with any size glass jar. The kit should be kept in a cool place and not exposed to direct sunlight. Warm water should not be used for rinsing or soaking.

HOW TO USE
One of thebest places to station your Sprouting Jars is right next to the kitchen sink upside down at a 45 degree angle on a dish draining rack. Don't worry about too much light. Sprouting can be done under normal indirect light conditions. Thoughit is advised that onekeeps the seeds/sprouts out of direct sunlight; or you'll cook them. Sprouts do best in cool conditions. Never use warm water for any rinse or soak.
