Description
The Transcend 245S M.22TBEXPRESSNAND Internal SSD is a high-performance solid state drive with a capacity of 2TB. It features a Silicon Motion Controller and TLC NAND Flash Technology, as well as an ultra-thin graphene heatsink and single-sided design. The drive has a form factor of M.2 2280 and uses a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe interface. It has a sequential read speed of up to 5.3GB/s and a sequential write speed of up to 4.6GB/s. The drive has an endurance rating of 1200TBW and a MTTF of up to 2.0 million hours. It also supports AES full-disk encryption, host memory buffer and SLC cache, and LDPC. The Transcend SSD Scope Software is included.
