The Artemis SnowPeak GR1600W 5.5mm Wood stands out thanks to its high power: 40 Joule. One shot, this .22 bore air rifle shoots pellets, thanks to an inert gas piston. Its a classic break barrel cocking, but hard, because of the power. It has a wood stock, finely squared where hands come, and a rubber butt plate, that dampens (a bit) the shocks of the recoil. It has a metallic adjustable rear sight, a tunnel front sight with interchangeable eyelet, and an 11 mm dovetail rail. It is also delivered with a removable Picatinny rail. The trigger is adjustable. Its safety is automatically engaged while cocking, and simply took off by pressing the button at the back of the barrel.
