The Power Of PoE+
The GS1200-5HP supports the IEEE 802.3at standard, providing a maximum of 30 watts per port (with a max total power budget of 60 watts) to supply power to PoE network devices like wireless APs, IP cameras and VoIP phones. Web GUI management enables you to monitor the power status on each port and/or reboot the network devices, as needed.
Good For Today, Good For Tomorrow
Is your business network evolving? The GS1200-5HP 5-port Gigabit PoE+ switch can play a key role in growing your IT infrastructure. It can extend your physical network into remote areas that are difficult to reach with power. And if you plan to adopt the latest 802.11ac wireless standard*or want to expand or prepare your network for guest access, VoIP or IP cameras*choosing a PoE+ switch that carries electrical power can enable those technologies, while also saving you time.
VLAN
VLAN (virtual local area network) can be used to separate traffic within a business such as isolating resources between network administrators and general users or between employees and public guest users.
Qos
QoS (Quality of service) is the ability to provide different priority to different applications, users, or video/voice/data flows, or to guarantee a certain level of performance to a data flow.
IGMP Snooping
Help to optimize multicast performance and is especially useful for bandwidth-intensive IP multicast applications such as online media streaming and gaming.
Support of the IEEE 802.3at standard, providing a maximum of 30 watts per port (max 60Watt Total)
Intuitive Web management. Port-based Quality of Service for better voice and video traffic control
Increases bigger bandwidth with link aggregation between 2 Ethernet ports to support aggregated uplink/downlink traffic
Segregating network into small groups with VLAN for enhanced network security and efficiency
Fanless design. This ensures noiseless operation and higher reliability and service life.
