The Outback Ranger Hybrid Multi-cooking Surface Braai is a versatile outdoor cooking appliance with 3 burners and the ability to use both gas and briquettes. It features a wooden trolley and British racing green porcelain enamel hood and body. The multi-cooking surface grill can be interchanged with other Outback MCS products for added cooking options. It also comes with a charcoal basket for use with Outback Coconut Briquettes. Other features include a side burner, recessed temperature gauge, stainless steel burners, tool rack, bottle opener, and vapor bars. Optional extras include a premium cover. The braai has a porcelain enameled roasting hood, wood framed trolley, and integrated MCS system. It also has a side table, large temperature gauge, jet ignition, and bottom base storage unit. The cooking area is 420 mm x 640 mm and the braai weighs 54 kg with dimensions of 1395 x 590 x 1150 mm.

With a side burner and recessed temperature gauge in the double-skin roasting hood, the Ranger comes with three stainless steel burners, a tool rack, a bottle opener, integral ignition, and vapor bars to prevent flare-ups and deal with any excess fat.
