To keep your Soshida cookware in pristine condition, we recommend following these simple care and cleaning guidelines:
Cooking:
Opt for low to medium heat settings to prevent discolouration. The superior heat distribution and retention of the enamel ensure that lower heat settings are sufficient for most cooking needs.
The maximum temperature for oven use is 200C.
Please note that the casserole is not suitable for use in the microwave.
When cooking, use silicone or wooden cooking utensils to avoid scratching the enamel.
Cleaning:
Wash your cookware in warm water with mild detergent, using a soft cloth or sponge. Harsh detergents and scourers may scratch the enamel, so it's best to avoid them.
Avoid immersing a hot pot or pan in cold water to prevent thermal shock and potential damage to the enamel.
Storage:
After use, ensure your cookware is thoroughly dried and lightly coat any exposed iron with cooking oil before storing to prevent corrosion.
Store your cookware in a well-ventilated area away from steam and moisture.
To prevent chips and scratches, place sheets of paper towel or dish towels between pieces of cookware when storing them together.
Indulge in the remarkable features and outstanding performance of our Soshida Enamel Cast Iron Casserole. Elevate your cooking and impress your guests with every meal.
