I3C & DIM SFN is a supplement that combines several natural compounds derived from cruciferous vegetables.
Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C): This compound is found in vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. Research suggests that I3C may haveanticancer properties.
Diindolylmethane (DIM): DIM is another compound derived from cruciferous vegetables. It is formed when I3C is broken down in the body. DIM has been studied for its potential to support hormonal balance and reduce the risk of certain cancers.
Sulforaphane (SFN): Sulforaphane is found in broccoli and other cruciferous veggies. It has antioxidant properties and may also play a role in cancer prevention.
Recommended Usage:
Take one capsule once or twice daily, after meals or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
