KI NO BI, meaning The Beauty of the Seasons, is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto, Japan. Made in a recognisable dry style but with a distinct Japanese accent using a rice spirit base, peerless water sourced in the famous sakebrewing district, Fushimi and a selection of locally-sourced botanicals.
Nose:A fresh aroma of yuzu, and a thread ofsansh (Japanese peppercorn).
Palate:The juniper complements and showcases the Japanese botanicals.
Finish:Ginger root gives a slightly warming, spicy finish.
