This mezcal is clay pot distilled (en barro) and uses a new blend of different agaves for each batch depending on which agaves are ripe and what Tio thinks will meld well together. The exact ratio of agave types in a batch will never be repeated. These unique batches are individual works of art that are special for their unique flavour profiles.
Although every Mezcal Vago Ensamble en Barro batch is unique, they are generally rich, earthy, and full bodied. The mineral and clay tones clearly define its style. These unique mezcals are great for the individual looking for something different.
