The plant yields a sizable drumhead cabbage variety. The broad, large heads display a blue-green hue with well-formed outer leaves. On average, these heads measure 25 to 30 centimeters in diameter and weigh 4.5 to 5.5 kilograms. They boast excellent quality, being very firm, crunchy, and tenderideal for sauerkraut preparation.
