Uses
Ginger has long been used for digestive upsets, both as a fresh product and as an essential oil.
Inhaling or diluted and applied topically is can assist with nausea and motion sickness.
It is an energizing and warming oil, so is also used in massage for improving circulation, for inflammation and general aches.
In aromatherapy it is also used to treat depression and stress.
Warnings:
Always use diluted as it is phototoxic, albeit in low levels
