This is Calvados style Spirit distilled by Triple 3 Distillery. Hand-crafted in their family heirloom copper pot stills, this spirits pays homage to the traditional art of Italian spirits distillation.
Colour: A vibrant amber-gold colour.
Nose: Notes of freshly baked apple, rich with hints of sweet caramel, spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. The nose finishes in a soft smokey character with a light vanilla undertone.Palate: A warm and comforting, nutty, woody character, heightened with a sweet Christmas spice undertone. On the finish, a complex and lingering aftertaste of pungent golden delicious apple, with a touch of crisp, granny smith-like acidity.
