This is grappa style Husk Spirit distilled by Triple 3 Distillery. Hand-crafted by distilling the grape husk (softly pressed skins and stems) in family heirloom copper pot stills, these spirits pays homage to the traditional art of Italian spirits distillation.
"Novello"(meaning new or young), speaks to the crisp, clean character that you can expect from this freshly made, clear husk spirit. Discover a symphony of fruit-forward notes, including crisp apple, heightened by a soft herbaceous undertone.

Nose: An aromatic fruity peach-like scents, mixed with a blend of herbal, sage-forward undertones.Palate: A soft, lingering sweetness, brought to life by an elegant mix of nutty and vanilla flavours.
