HOW TO USE
Infusion: Pour 1 cup of boiling water onto teaspoon (1 -2 mg) of powder. Leave for 10-15 min. Strain and drink morning and night. Will have an effect 6- 12 hours later.
WARNINGS
Do not use for longer than 10 days
Always remember that constipation is the cause of something else and this should be sought and dealt with
Habitual use will cause lazy bowel syndrome
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
Overdose can lead to painful stomach cramps and diarrhea
Continuous use can lead to potassium deficiency
Chronic use of sennoside laxatives often causes pseudomelanosis coli and that is lately discovered to be associated with increased colorectal cancer risk
