Dried Burdock Root is often taken internally as a tea. The roots of the burdock plant are rich in minerals that promote sweating and urination (a natural diuretic). The diuretic action relieves the soreness and swelling caused by arthritis, rheumatism, sciatica and lumbago.

HOW TO USE BURDOCK ROOT
Herbal Tea (deconcoction): Place 1 teaspoon into a cup of water. Bring to boil and let simmer for 10-15 mins before straining. Drink up to three times a day.
