NEBULISER | NASAL ASPIRATOR (Suction) | NASAL WASHERThe Rossmax 3BREATH solution is a unique 3in1 compressor nebuliser that integrates with a nasal washer and a nasal aspirator (Nasal Suction) and nebuliser. The nebuliser enables efficient medication delivery to the upper airways and lower lung periphery. It provides comprehensive, effective and convenient care for common respiratory conditions including Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
The Adjustable valve allows for medication to be dispensed at different viscosity levels (flow speed) according to every users medical condition and needs easily. Our V.A.T technology allows users to adjust the level / nebulisation rate ranging from 0.10 0.30 ml/min at consistent particle size. The nebulisation rates can be adjusted by the user in a very easy way without the need to exchange parts.
1) Piston NebuliserAs not all nebulisers will deliver medication with the same particle size The Rossmax Range of nebulisers offer the smallest particle size, this allows the medical that is dispensed to effectively reach all the way to the lower lung periphery which is extremely helpful in cases of lower respiratory infections. The devices design has a very low noise level with a built in silencer and vibration absorber.The Patented Valve Adjustable Technology (VAT) bottle allows users to adjust different levels of Nebulisation rate 0.1 (closed) / 0.3 (fully open) ml/min at consistent particle size. (Particle size (MMAD 2.5 m) Fine Particle Dose (FPD): 80-85%).
2) Nasal WasherFlushes nasal cavities and rhino pharynx to clear secretions, mucus and harmful substances and alleviates allergic symptoms. The Fluid chamber capacity is a Maximum of 20ml will dispense approximately 10ml of solution in about 2 minutes. The Silicone nasal adaptor provides a comfortable, soft touch and reliable seal. This product is made of biocompatible and non-allergenic materials and comes with 3 sizes in the nasal adaptors to suits all ages.
3) Nasal Aspirator (Nasal Suction)This Function removes mucus to alleviate nasal congestion by clearing a blocked nose. It is safe and gentle solution to unblock the nose in babies. Thanks to the Dual pump design, nebulization and suction pump, provides the maximum hygiene to avoid cross infection. This function includes an adjustable vacuum/ suction level to allow for maximum comfort. The ergonomic design will ensure a smooth operation. The Max vacuum @ pump inlet: -450 mmHg and Max air flow @ pump inlet: 5.0 lpm.

It can be used with saline solutions (isotonic and hypertonic solutions, warm water) or medicated solutions for aerosol therapy. The body of nasal washer has two adjacent chambers, inside one for holding the solution to be nebulized and the outside for collecting the return solutions.Nasal SuctionCompressed air is generated by the suction pump which creates a vacuum sucking the mucus into the collection chamber. Thanks to the Dual pump design, nebulization and suction pump, provides the maximum hygiene to avoid cross infection and extends the life of the unit.
