Description
As you might have guessed from the name, three casks helped create this cracker, first-fill bourbon, ex-French Wine, and Pedro Xim*nez sherry, a complex blend. But aided by maturation in an extreme climate on the foothills of the Himalayas, each does its bit, bringing its signature flavour to the fore.
Nose:Tinned peaches, golden syrup, aromatic oak, and baking spice.
Palate:Creamy and fruity, with pineapple, apricot yogurt, and lychee among nutmeg and toasted almonds.
Finish:Tropical fruit and caramel lingers with pepper and cinnamon.
