Since 1889, gentian root has been the backbone of this spirit which, along with other herbs and botanicals, makes it a bitter liqueur of a different timbre. The powerful bitterness of Suze comes from the yellow gentian roots that grow for over 20 years in the mountains of France before being torn out by hand.

Nose :intense and harmonious, with fruity aromas and vegetal notes.
Palate:bitterness and sweetness followed by a fresh taste of gentian roots, a fruity taste of orange and candied fruits.
