The sides of these Carpenter Chisels by Pfeil Swiss Made are ground down low along the entire blade length, which makes it easier to cut out corners. In addition, the cutting edge has a 25 degree angle with a micro-bevel, while the flat side is smoothly ground. Made of the highest quality steel, hardened to 59-60 degree HRC!
Please note that these tools arrive razor sharp and polished. Be sure to handle carefully!
The oil-finished octagonal handles have an oval cross section of strong elm wood, and rest perfectly in the hand.
