Description
Hoptoberfest is a dry hopped festbier, a hoppy take on a German style. Festbiers are the house style of Oktoberfest; strong, easy drinking lagers designed to be drunk by the litre in the tents of Munichs Octoberfest. The flavour is complex with light toast and biscuit malt notes from a blend of toasted German malts. This is followed by a crisp, grapefruit & floral hop character from local Southern Aroma. The extra hopping deliver crisp, floral and lemon hop notes that take this beer to the next level.
