Description
Domaines Ott was founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott an agricultural engineer from Alsace who dreamed of establishing a great wine estate near the Mediterranean. Today the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer and produce some of the worlds most prestigious wines but particularly ros* wines made at distinctively different estates in Bandol and C*tes de Provence appellations.
The wine displays an elegant peach hue fleckedwith silver.The nose opens with a hint of exotic fruits, followedby notes of jasmine and white-fleshed fruit, wrappedin a delicate minerality.On the palate, the wine is remarkably soft, revealingall the complexity of the summer fruit.Its silky texture evolves gently towards a chalky,mineral finish, set off by a subtle hint of whitepepper.
