Hofbr*uhaus Hell is a clear-filtered pale lager with a straw-yellow color and a firm, fine-pored foam head. It has a pleasantly spicy aroma with a hint of fresh lemon. On the palate, the full-bodied beer is lively and mild with a gentle acidity. Its malty, full-bodied character makes it a smooth companion for any occasion. The three hop varieties used contribute to a slightly straw-like and grassy note with a hoppy-spicy finish.
